Housing Support Program

At Aura Healthcare Services, we understand the importance of stable housing for individuals and families in our community. That's why we are proud to be a part of Minnesota's Housing Support program, a vital initiative to provide housing assistance and support to those in need throughout the state. Our commitment to making a difference in people's lives extends to our collaboration with Anoka and Scott with plans to expand our reach to other counties.

Eligibility

The Housing Support Program is designed to assist individuals and families who are facing housing instability and financial challenges. To be eligible for the program, individuals and families must meet the following criteria:

  • Experiencing Housing Instability: We offer assistance to those who are struggling to maintain stable housing, whether due to homelessness, eviction threats, or other housing-related crises.

  • Low Income or No Income: The program primarily serves low-income and vulnerable populations who find it challenging to afford safe and stable housing.

  • Professional Statement of Need (PSN): Applicants must have a Professional Statement of Need to qualify for the program. This document is crucial for assessing the necessity of housing support.

  • Application Approved: Your application must be approved to receive housing support. We will work closely with you to ensure the application process is completed smoothly.

  • Must-Have Potential Housing: Applicants must have identified potential housing options where the financial assistance can be utilized effectively. Our Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) can also assist with this.
